Assisted Living Facility Workers Recorded Residents

Two former employees of an assisted living facility face charges after being accused of recording and photographing naked residents and exchanging the images.

 A fellow employee tipped off the facility owner that two other employees used their cell phone to take obscene images of nude residents and then passed the images along for others to view. The tipster stated that she was shown the photos of another staff member assisted a resident that was experiencing obstructive bowel issues.

Sheriff's officials state that one of the employees has cooperation from the beginning and has not yet been charged. Both staff members were suspended and ultimately terminated shortly after the incident occurred. For more, read the story.
