Caregiver Arrested After Turning Elderly Woman's House Into Party Venue

The family of an elderly woman have filed a lawsuit after finding a caretaker installed a stripper pole inside the elder woman's home. The family of the 92-year-old said the woman's backyard is filled obvious signs of abuse.

The woman's hired caregiver was previously sentenced to 56 days in jail after pleading no contest in 2008 to charges of elder abuse and impersonating a nursing assistant. When she was hired by the family, she had a warrant out for her arrest.

The elderly woman's family discovered the care issues during a visit. At which time, they discovered that a swimming pool, entertainment lounge, stripper pole, and outhouse had been added to the home.  caregiver was in charge of the elderly woman's care and finances for seven years.
