Counsel Disputes Testimony In Case Where Man Froze To Death In 6 Degree Weather

Nursing home counsel is requesting an appellate court to throw out the testimony of an expert saying it is not a legitimate report. The case involves a man who suffered with Alzheimer’s and wandered away from the facility. He was left out overnight in 6 degree and froze to death.

The plaintiff’s counsel is opposing the request saying that the expert’s opinion meets the court’s requirements. The attorney also says the case verifies the nursing home employees’ breach of duty.  For more, read the story
