Deadly Food Fight Over Pot Roast At Nursing Home

A 62-year-old nursing home resident is accused of beating and murdering a 72-year-old patient who ate his lunch.

On August 21, a patient who suffered from dementia wandered into another patient's room at a nursing home and began eating the pot roast he found there. Outraged, the offended resident punched him in the head.

"He was trying to steal my food and that is why I hit him," the resident told police
