Elderly Nursing Home Resident Assualted by Employee with History of Abuse and Neglect

According to a Department of Health report, a former employee of a nursing home has been accused of having sexual contact with a resident at the facility. The report states that a resident told a state inspector that several times while he was providing care, an employee repeatedly sexually assaulted her.

The employee accused of the incidents has been the subject of a previous allegation of inappropriate sexual behavior at a different facility, according to the report. The employee was also the focus of neglect allegations and a physical abuse allegation at three other facilities, according to the report. For more, read the story.
