Family Files Lawsuit After Missing Elderly Man Dies of Hypothermia

One family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit this week over the disappearance and death of an elderly dementia patient.
The man, 73-years-old, went missing a year ago. His body was found 10 days later. He died of hypothermia. According to the family's lawsuit the driver of a medical shuttle bus dropped the elderly man off at the wrong location. In addition to wrongful death allegations, the suit accuses the driver, the shuttle company and other entities of elder abuse. For more, read the story.
