Family Left With Questions Unanswered After Loved One Dies At Nursing Home
A family is full of grief and questions after learning that their loved one died at a nursing home. The patient was recovering from throat cancer and had a tracheostomy. The patient was found on the floor with the tracheostomy tube on the bed.
