Family Suing Doctor In Charge Of Nursing Home For Negligence Leading To Death Of Relative

A deceased resident’s family is suing the doctor in charge of the nursing home. The resident’s health deteriorated due to dehydration and malnutrition, leading to his death.  The family also claims the doctor did not have appropriate staff longevity to manage monitoring vital signs.

Staff turnover is a large part to blame according to the resident’s family. The family is pursuing the lawsuit on damages of death, bedsores, trauma, sepsis, malnutrition, pain and suffering and multiple medical problems For more, read the story.
