Former CNA Faces Sentencing After Abuse Of Patient

A nursing home worker faces sentencing after pleading guilty to lesser charges from an incident involving sexual assault. The caregiver was charged with gross sexual assault. The former CNA pled guilty to endangering the welfare of a dependent person and a misdemeanor assault. The gross sexual assault charges were then dropped. For more, read the story.
