Gift Drive To Spread Holiday Cheer To Veteran Nursing Home Residents
One town is working to bring extra cheer for veteran residents in a nursing home. The local police have created a gift drive. The gifts are to include books, board games, hats, gift cards to restaurants, and more.
The veterans in the home have served the United States in wars as early as World War II. The home has 120 residents, that will likely be enjoying a special gift this holiday season. For more, read the story.
