Investigation Underway For Alleged Assault By Nursing Home Worker On 85-Year-Old Alzheimer's Pat

An investigation is underway for the assault of an 85-year-old man suffering from dementia. He was reported to have an eye injury. A nursing home worker was accused of being responsible. When asked, management would not give further information.

A police spokesperson gave this official report, “Police are investigating an allegation of assault on a 85-year-old man at a care home between February 13 and 14. A 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault and is currently on bail while investigations continue.” For more, read the story.
