Male Visitor Charged with Sexual Assault of Female Nursing Home Resident

Police have arrested a man they said sexually assaulted a disabled woman at an area nursing home. The resident told staff that a man entered her room and molested her. Her roommate confirmed that a man entered the room and closed the curtain around the victim's bed.

Police questioned 42-year-old man that same day who told police he was visiting family at the facility and heard the woman calling for help from her room, so he checked on her and called a nurse.  Police have charged the man with gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony.  For more, read the story.
