Man Wanders Away From Assisted Living Facility Second Time

Assisted living facility workers allowed an 80-year-old resident to walk away from the facility for a second time. The man, who has early-onset dementia, was found 6-10 hours after he wandered away from the home. There was no information about his condition. For more, read the story.
