State authorities are now reviewing the personal care home, where an 85-year-old Alzheimer's patient was staying, before she
wandered away and died.
The woman was found dead on Sunday, July 5 -
three days after she walked out of the facility.
Since the woman's body was found
the facility has installed a security system where an alarm goes off
every time the doors are opened. For more, read the story.
