Nursing Home Assault Trial Testimony Will Determine Caregiver's Sentence

A nursing home worker has been accused of sexual assault of a 60-year-old female patient. He pled guilty to the charges, although he initially denied them. The woman did not say anything about the first assaults for fear no one would believe her, as the man was well liked.

However, she secretly obtained evidence in a napkin after a final assault and turned it in to police. A judge will be determining his fate after hearing testimony in court recently. For more, read the story.
