Nursing Home Care Advocates Push For TIghter State Regulations

One state is experiencing challenges rallying support from government leaders. The leaders seem to be more interested in investing their time fundraising for nursing homes. Nursing home care advocates say it should be the opposite.

The advocates would like to see state lawmakers focused on holding nursing home owners accountable for their actions. They would like to see bills passed to increase regulations and facility care and conditions. For more, read the story.
