Nursing Home Caregiver Arrested For Nursing Home Abuse Charges

A nursing home caregiver has been charged with nursing home abuse due to several incidents. She was arrested and given one count of abuse and one count of neglect for a vulnerable adult. She is no longer employed at the home because of the allegations.

The victims included a 70-year-old woman and a 71-year-old man. The female patient was struck in the chest when she asked for a clothing change. The male patient was left in his wheelchair with no clothes from the waist down. For more, read the story.
