Nursing Home Caregiver Facing Felony Charges For Patient Abuse And Record Falsification

A nursing home caregiver has been accused of abusing a 92-year-old patient at a nursing home. The caregiver allegedly pulled the patient out of bed by her arms. Then the caregiver shoved the patient into her wheelchair.
The patient suffered bruises and cried out in fear according to the complaint.

The caregiver tried to identify the bruising in the patient's medical records as a natural result of skin fragility. Now she is being charged with two felonies including endangering the welfare of an elderly person and falsifying records. For more, read the story.
