Nursing Home Employee Arrested for Abuse of 101-Year-Old Man

A man has been arrested in an alleged elder abuse case  after family members say a 101-year old man was abused physically and sexually.  The abuse, which took place at a nursing home, was caught on a hidden camera installed by the elderly resident's family. The family had a private detective install the camera after the resident told them he was being abused.

According to the attorney for the man's family, the abuse was both sexual and physical. The family says they hope to get the man transferred to another facility, however, long wait lists have prevented them from moving him yet. The man arrested for the abuse was a facility employee. He has since been fired. For more, read the story.
