Nursing Home Employee Beats Resident

A former nurse was indicted and charged with multiple charges including beating a patient residing at a nursing home where he worked. The allegations indicated that the nurse punched and beat a disabled resident and pushed the resident into a wall.

According to reports, a struggle which was caught on tape ensued and the two men fell onto the floor. The nurse walked away and left the nursing home resident with injuries to his neck and buttocks.

The caregiver falsified his account of the incident by claiming that the resident became angry with him and began punching and kicking him after his milk carton was taken away. After viewing the tape the nurse was terminated. For more, read the story.
