Nursing Home Facility On The Verge Of Shutdown Says Mistakes Happen

A nursing home facility is in jeopardy of closing due to a history of not meeting state requirements. The nursing home believes they are doing their best and patients come first, but Medicare says otherwise. They say there is "a history of persistent poor quality of care, as indicated by the findings of state or Federal inspection teams...".

The home is particularly on watch from an incident where they did not give a patient CPR. The nursing home is excusing the neglect saying everyone makes mistakes. For more, read the story.
