Nursing Home Investigated After Resident Altercation Results in Death

The death of a nursing home patient is being investigates as involuntary manslaughter. Police, the district attorney, and state officials are all involved in the investigation of the death of the 85-year-old resident.

According to court records a female resident with dementia died after she was pushed by another resident, fell and hit her head. The district attorney will make the final decision about whether charges will be filed against the facility. For more, read the story.
