Nursing Home Medication Theft Allegations Lead To Misdemeanor Charge

A nursing home medication technician has been charged with a misdemeanor for stealing drugs for patients in a nursing home. She was caught and plead guilty to the charge. The allegations included stealing 460 pills, with 230 from just one patient.

The technician tried to hide the theft by replacing the medication with similar pills. She is expected to receive a sentence to include four weeks in jail plus probation. For more, read the story.
