Nursing Home Nurse Indicted For Endangering Welfare Of Patient

A licensed practical nurse has been indicted for endangering the life of an elderly or physically disabled person. The nursing home employee gave a patient morphine instead of a prescription muscle relaxer. She then tried to cover up her mistake.

She has been charged with one count of endangering the life of a vulnerable elderly person and one count of endangering the life of a physically disabled person. She also received charges for violating public health laws. For more, read the story.
