Nursing Home Patient In Critical Condition Due To Fire

A nursing home patient is in critical condition after a fire started in the bathroom area of the building.  The patient suffered burns to her face and head. The nursing home’s sprinkler system kept the fire from spreading, while also resulting in a flood of the facility.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, although it is believed that “smoking materials” were the instigator. 136 nursing home patients have been relocated until the damage is repaired.  For more, read the story.
