Nursing Home Resident Found Dead After Fall From Facility Window

Police are investigating one nursing home after a man died following a fall from a second-floor window at the facility Wednesday afternoon. According to authorities, the victim was a 45-year-old male resident of the facility.

A representative from the district attorney's office said that foul play has been ruled out, and the incident is under investigation. The administrator of the facility release a statement in which he said that the man’s body was found on the ground beneath his second-story window at approximately 3:40 p.m. The nursing and rehabilitation center where the incident occurred is a 120-bed facility.
