Nursing Home Worker Steals $115,000 from Residents and Home, Faces 5-20 Years in Prison

A nursing home worker has been admitted to stealing $115,000 over the course of 2 years from a residents personal funds and the nursing home itself. The worker was let go due to performance issues and confessed to the theft her last week of work.

Her job responsibilities included managing accounts of residents funded by family members for snacks and daily needs. The worker will face 5-20 years in prison if convicted. For more, read the story.
