Nursing Home Worker Turns Himself In For Sexual Assault of Incapacitated Resident

A 26-year-old Wyoming man is accused of criminal sexual conduct with a mentally incapacitated woman at a Grand Rapids area nursing home.

The former employee is accused of inappropriately touching a female resident. He was an employee of the nursing home at the time. He is charged with gross indecency between a man and a woman, and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct with a mentally incapacitated victim.

The nursing home administrator said that the man came forward to confess to the crimes on his own. "There is no evidence to prove or disprove his claim..." because, according to Wilson, "...the victim is unable to confirm or deny the incidents." For more, read the story.
