Nursing Homes Banned From Admitting Patients Due To Violations

Two nursing home have been banned from admitting new patients to their residencies by the state. Due to conditions deemed inadequate for residents, the state has put any new admissions on hold. The facilities were also fined $1,500 each for the violations noted.

The facilities will have the possibility of a hear before the Board for Licensing Health Care Facilities or an administrative judge. For more, read the story. ____________________________________________________________________________
