Police Arrest Caretaker Who Bit Elderly Resident

A woman has been arrested on charges of mayhem and elder abuse after she bit an elderly woman. According to police, the 60-year-old suspect was a private caretaker to the elderly woman.

The elderly victim was taken to a local hospital with a bleeding bite wound to her wrist. The woman told police she was bitten by her caretaker during an argument. Another witness has also told police that the caretaker has verbally abused the patient. The suspect was arrested this weekend at a private residence. She has denied the allegations.
