Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed Against Nursing Home Due To Abuse and Neglect

A family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit for their loved one who died in the care of a nursing home. The nursing home allegedly allowed the patient to develop infections, bed sores, and dehydration without proper prevention or treatment once the issues were present. The family has contacted an attorney to represent the six children in the case for their deceased mother.

The attorney said, “It is not unusual for nursing home neglect to cause serious medical issues and even death.” The nursing home would not comment on the details of the lawsuit. For more, read the story.
